Single wine box flat packed

We have been in exporting paper bags and paper bags for more than 12 years. It is a trend to pack wine bottles and glasses with a fold flat rigid box or magnetic collapsible box. You can save space and freight, while focus on the printing design.

For designs, we are good at overall pattern embossing, hot tamping, white silk screen printing, spot UV. You can choose the finishing effect according to your budgets.

How to create the peel and seal constructions? 

Firstly, we made the jacket both outer and inner lined with full-automatic machine, and 2 side panels was manually pre-glued with double sided tapes and then fixed to the jackets. Before packing the boxes inside the carton, we need to assemble one by one to check the closure system. This is 100% inspected to make sure the side panels position well fitted and the magnets closure system well performed.

The wine box in our this showcase is made by 1200gsm greyboard wrapped with 157gsm artpaper and overall embossed with Wybalin texture. Other finishing are logo reverse white with spot UV, hot stamping in 2 colors.
